At Dor'Mae Boutique, we aim to make your shopping experience smooth and satisfying.

Please review our updated return and exchange policies below in its ENTIRETY to understand eligibility for returns and store credits.

Initiating a Return
To request a return, simply scroll to the bottom of our website and click on "Make a Return".  Please allow up to 24 hours for us to review and approve your return request.

Returns
Eligible items (ALL Sale/Discounted/Marked down items are FINAL Sale) may be returned (not requested, RETURNED) within 10 days of delivery. To ensure your return is accepted, please follow these requirements:

  • Condition Requirements: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from any stains (including makeup or deodorant) with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please ship returns with a tracking number and provide us with this tracking information, so we can monitor your package’s return to our facility.
  • Wardrobing Notice: Items suspected of being worn and returned will not be eligible for credit, and customers suspected of wardrobing will be blocked from future purchases.

If your return is received after the 10-day window, it will be held at our facility for 7 days. In order to have the item shipped back to you, an invoice will be sent for the shipping cost. If the shipping fee is not paid within 7 days, the item(s) will be forfeited.
No exceptions. No follow-ups. We are not responsible for unclaimed returns.

Exchanges
Due to limited collections, we do not offer direct exchanges or hold items. If you need a different item or size:

  1. Return the original item as outlined in the return process.
  2. Once received, we’ll issue a store credit that you can use toward any available items, including different sizes or styles.

Store Credits

  • Issuance: Store credits will be issued upon receipt and verification of your returned item.
  • Expiration: Store credits expire 180 days from the issue date—No Exceptions.
  • Shipping Costs: Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.

Important Return Conditions
Returns not meeting the above conditions will not be accepted. If you want unaccepted items returned to you, customers are responsible for reshipping fees. Unclaimed items with unpaid reshipping fees after 14 days will be discarded, and no credit will be issued. -No Exceptions

Proof of Return with Tracking
Please retain the tracking number for your return shipment and provide it to us at the time of return. We only issue credit for packages with tracking confirmation of delivery to our facility. This requirement ensures a secure, traceable return process for both parties.
