Important Information Regarding Your Orders at Dor'Mae Boutique:

Estimated Delivery Time: Upon dispatch via USPS, you'll receive an email with your USPS Tracking Number. Orders are typically processed immediately, and shipped out within 24-48 hours. Please allow up to 24 business hours for USPS to initiate tracking updates after receiving the email notification. *Please be mindful we do not ship items on Federal Holidays as ALL USPS shipping facilities are closed.*

Weekend Orders: Orders placed on Fridays after 12 PM EST will begin processing on the following Monday.

Shipping Address: Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. Ensure your shipping information is accurate, including the apartment number if applicable.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages: Once USPS has possession of a package, Dor'Mae Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Please contact USPS directly at 1-877-275-8777 for assistance with such issues.

Insurance Coverage: All packages include $100 insurance via USPS. Customers must contact USPS directly to file any insurance claims.

PRE-ORDER Items: If you order a PRE-ORDER item, please expect shipping delays as these items become available on a later specified date. Your order, including PRE-ORDER items, will ship once everything is available.
